You can create this by clicking on "pages" and creating your new tabs post. To ensure the tab goes live and can be seen you will then go back to "layout" and edit your "add a gadget" underneath the header. When you click on "Add a gadget" scroll down to add "pages" when pages is opened then you will click on pages to show and click all tabs for show viewing. Then save. When you view your blog your tabs should be seen.....
My suggestion is implementing these tabs when you have more than one art class. Mr Klein, Mrs Thompson, and myself all use blogs.
